Attorney Spotlight: Leo Alberigi
Leo Alberigi has maintained the mentality of “doing quality work for the courts, clients, and the community at large” during a decorated 27-year career that saw him switch from family law to the areas of elder law, conservatorship/guardianship, estate planning, probate, and trust administration. “Life is too short for conflicts. If we can get people in and out of the courts quickly, we are providing a great service.”
 
“Originally from California, Leo earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from Fresno State before securing his law degree from Empire College of Law. He is licensed in Texas and California, and beyond his skills as an estate planning and elder law attorney, Leo is also a trained mediator with more than 250 hours of formal instruction emphasizing family law and estate disputes.
 
Leo has been married to wife, Kathleen for 32 years.  Leo and Kathleen have six children (four boys and two girls) between the ages of 15 and 31. They also have four grandkids — all girls — and two adorable dogs, Jude (Australian Shepherd) and Fergus (Golden Retriever).
