Tracy joined our firm in May 2020 as our Assistant Manager, then in January 2021 became our Business Manager.  

A long-time Denton native, Tracy retired from a 30-year career in the Denton Independent School District, where she spent 11 years as a secretary and the final 19 as a dispatcher in the transportation department.  Her experience, which includes helping build the district’s field trip program from the ground up and also running their facility off 380, transfers nicely over to her role here at Leigh Hilton PLLC.

Tracy said she likes to challenge herself so making the leap to estate planning and elder law was an excellent choice.  Tracy said “The culture is fantastic and I feel so at home here. We all work together as a team, and I love that.”

When she’s not working, Tracy loves spending time with her husband, Tommy, her daughters Carol and Kaci and her four beautiful grandchildren, Wesley, Jocelyn, Coe and Lyncoln.  Tracy and Tommy live in Little Elm.
