For our receptionist, Loretta, kindness and courtesy are at the heart of a positive customer experience. Loretta brings to the table a wealth of customer service experience in industries ranging from medical and retail to warehousing, food service, and more. Simply put, she loves being around people and she is constantly looking for ways to brighten your day.

She is usually the first smiling face that you see when you come to our office and the first welcoming voice on the phone. “I have worked all my life, and I genuinely love the customer service element. I want to be that bubbly, positive person everyone sees,” she said. “I also love challenges. I want to learn, and there are plenty of opportunities to do that here.” She added, “This is a small company, and I think that is wonderful. It has a warm and welcoming feel.”

Loretta moved here from Ohio with her husband, Tracy, and 18-year-old son, Skylar. Tracy is an IT Director and came here because of his job. Loretta actually stayed behind in Ohio for a few more months so that Skylar could graduate high school with his friends. She and Tracy have been married for 23 years and have three beautiful children. We have mentioned Skylar, who is the youngest. Zach is 32 and lives in Missouri. Their middle child, Aly, is 20 and is still in Ohio.
