Bianca Benskey believes in adding value wherever she goes. That includes her work life, where she brings a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of empathy to every client interaction. Those traits are at the heart of what we need from our receptionist position, and they are a significant reason why Bianca was an easy choice to join our firm in June 2025.

Before coming to Leigh Hilton, Bianca spent five years as a teller and banker at Bank of America, where her duties included cash handling, customer service, and opening accounts (including a few trust accounts). She also had a short stint as the office manager of a local small business here in the area. While she excelled in those jobs, Bianca had always been interested in law and operations, making her eventual transition to Leigh Hilton a logical choice to further her career.

“This seemed like it was a wonderful opportunity, and I was quickly proven correct by everyone who works here,” Bianca said. “The entireteam is very nice, and it makes you want always to do good work no matter what. It feels like a family here.”

Born in the Philippines, Bianca moved to Michigan when she was 8 years old. She lived there most of her life before moving to Prosper and eventually to Denton. She is a self-professed handyman’s daughter. In fact, she became so skilled at various home projects that her claim to fame is that she was once able to change out an entire bathroom shower practically by herself.
